Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) invites applications to join the Centre as:


Job responsibilities:

Support the Finance team.
Manage Accounts Receivables and overseas offices’ accounts including processing sales invoices, receipts, payments and GL entries.
Work closely with the Secretariat on the financial aspects of arbitration case management. Duties include preparation of sales invoices, payments, and official receipts.
Liaise with the respective other departments on queries related to invoicing, payments and receipts.
Ensure timely Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Accounts closing.
Assist with year-end Accounts Receivable confirmations.
Liaise with bank representatives, auditors and other external parties when necessary.
Maintain proper filing and archiving of documents. • Cover front desk duties during lunch-time when assigned.

Undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time.


Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA
Preferably 2-3 years’ relevant working experience
Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly “Navision”) knowledge will be an added advantage
Able to multi-task and meet tight schedules
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for detail
Have a positive attitude towards learning new skills
